After successfully running Overtime — a sports bar & grill in Parañaque City, Philippines, its owners Debby & Alois Brielbeck set out to fulfill an important mission: Give Filipinos a taste of high quality German beer that can be enjoyed anywhere in the country.

Beer Hero was born and now offers a handful of carefully selected products from some of the best Bavarian breweries. Each of these breweries have mastered their craft over the past centuries, strictly brewing in accordance with the 1516 German Purity Law that allows only four ingredients: hops, barley, water and yeast. This law has spawned a world-renowned brewing art, making German beers some of the most exceptional in the world.

Craftmanship, gentle production and the highest quality regional resources. With this special blend, Kuchlbauer laid the solid foundation for their special wheat beer varieties. Their illustrious Kuchlbauer Tower is an architectural project from the world-renowned artist Hundertwasser, and symbolizes the art of brewing that has been maintained since time immemorial.

Slow Brewing
Ever since the brewery was founded, Schweiger has been producing their malt in their own backyard, to guarantee that only the highest-quality raw materials and traditional production methods are used. Schweiger products are matured in their own fermentation and storage cellars over a long period of time—a process that has rewarded the company with the Slow Brewing quality seal.
